Music Genre: Ceilidh trio (additional disco element available)
When headlining the T in the Park Ceilidh Tent, and at Edinburgh’s Hogmanay 2009 A Whisky Kiss were described as “Scottish Music for the 21st Century”. The band has two separate line-ups that allow us to provide perfect entertainment for a wide variety of events and occasions, at different price points too. They specialise in bringing ceilidhs to an international audience. If most of your guests are non-Scots, or if they have never ceilidh-danced (or if they are Scots who are likely to have forgotten all of the steps learned in their schooldays!) then we are the perfect band & caller for the occasion.

Music Genre: Ceilidh Band
The band are a traditional style Scottish band with a variable lineup depending upon your
requirements and budget. The band is fronted by one of Scotland's leading accordionists, Deirdre
Adamson who will call the dances and ensure that everyone can take to the floor and enjoy the night
no matter what nationality and level of skill.
The repertoire of the band is wide and varied and again tailored to suit your individual requirements.
This is an extremely experienced band who are regular favourites at venues such as Gleneagles,
Turnberry, The Balmoral Hotel and Cameron House.

Music Genre: Ceilidh Band
This band are one of the most popular bands on the ceilidh scene and have built their reputation over the last few years through playing at many festivals and functions both in Scotland and overseas. They are a highly talented, up-tempo ceilidh band.
Twice World Ceilidh Band Champions. They Play for all functions including large corporate events and weddings, most notably the weddings of Supermodel, Kirsty Hume and Four Weddings and a Funeral star, John Hannah.
They play mainly for ceilidhs although they do play for concerts, with different arrangements of
material more suited to a concert setting. The band’s accordion player, is also the band’s caller (That is – the guy who does all the
talking, insults guests indiscriminately and teaches the dances). He can talk people through all the dances so that nobody attending
any of their ceilidhs will feel left out. His humorous, tongue-in-cheek approach to this is an integral ingredient of the Last Tram
experience.

Music Genre: Rock Ceilidh Band
These days the band are never far from the limelight. In 1997/98 they headlined the Hogmanay bash at George Square, Glasgow in front of 40,000 people. In July 2006 they played at Scotland's biggest music festival ‘T in the Park’ for the tenth year. They have appeared twice at the famous Interceltique Festival in Lorient, Brittany to great acclaim from the French press and enthusiastic appreciation from the audiences. This led to a considerable amount of interest in the band throughout Europe. Amongst countless festivals, concerts and ceilidhs they played at the James Bond Ball in Aberdeen (Britain’s biggest ever student event) for two years running, headlined the celtic stage of the Stirling Millenium Hogmanay celebrations, took part in the Gael 2000 concert in Coventry with comedian Roy
Walker and returned to France to headline ‘Celtifolies’ the first ever celtic festival in Lyon.

Yes of course they can play and call a Dashing White Sergeant, a Grand March or a Gay Gordons in their own inimitable style but they can also include tunes such as Smoke on the Water, Songs by the Proclaimers, Paulo Nutini and Pink Floyd and many more
They are one of the few bands ever to be re-booked to perform in the Ceilidh tent at T in the Park and they have performed world-wide to audiences of all sizes and age groups.
Unusually for a ceilidh band they also provide LED lighting and full PA suitible for large audiences.
