One More TimeMusic Genre: Jazz Trio

One More Time is one of Scotland's leading jazz trio groups which entertains audiences with a wide repertoire of standards taken from the jazz idiom.

Led by singer Ronnie Ireland, the group features the talents of international musicians Ged Brockie (guitar) and Kenny Ellis (bass) and has played throughout the UK and Europe. The Trio can be augmented with drums, saxophone and/or trumpet.

OMT is available for jazz festivals, as well as corporate events and private functions. OMT have played for many of Europe and America's blue chip companies and has performed at the highest level of corporate hospitality. Rhythm KingsMusic Genre: Trad Jazz

Formed from the cream of Scottish Dixieland Jazz Musicians, The Rhythm Kings have toured
the British Isles and beyond becoming popular favourites wherever they have performed.
Having worked with Jazz favourites such as Kenny Ball and Acker Bilk the band have also
appeared with Dame Edna Everage and as support act for two nights at the S.E.C.C. in
Glasgow for Rod Stewart!

Marcus FordMusic Genre: Jazz Guitar

One of Scotland's leading solo guitarists, Marcus Ford presents a repertoire founded in classic Jazz tunes such as "Mona Lisa", "What A Wonderful World", "Sunny" and "Someone to Watch Over Me". His style is cool and intimate; the sound, which is tastefully luxurious and self-contained, is the perfect addition to any wedding or special event. Other songs he plays include; Love Theme from "The Godfather", Arthur"s Theme, (from "Arthur"), Over The Rainbow - (from "The Wizard Of Oz"), Moon River – (from "Breakfast At Tiffany’s"), Here There and Everywhere - The Beatles, When I Fall In Love - Nat King Cole, and Fly Me To The Moon – Frank Sinatra to name a few!

Marcus has performed all over Europe including The Shetland Folk Festival, Moods Jazz Club in Zurich, Edinburgh International Jazz Festival, The Glasgow Jazz Festival, The Berlin Centre in Germany as well as a number of live concerts for BBC Radio 3 and BBC Radio Scotland. In recent years he has made four tours to China performing and his clients have ranged from Terrence Conran to the Osmond’s!

he Trio regularly perform their unique jazz at prestigious venues in Scotland and further afield including Edinburgh Castle, Skibo Castle, Gleneagles Hotel, Balbirnie House, The Old Course Hotel, Balmoral Hotel, Hopetoun House and Duns Castle to name a few!    The Trio play an extensive list of familiar Jazz standards such as "Fly me to the Moon", "Have you met Miss Jones", as well as a number of well-known Latin tunes such as "Sway", "Besame Mucho" and "The Girl From Ipanema". The guys are more than happy to play specific requests with prior notice.

If you have a sit down audience they will increase the Scottish and Jazz material accordingly, giving an intensly intimate feel to the performance. When Christine sings her jazz classics, John adds to the visual performance by manning a follow spot, enabling Christine to walk among the audience and interact with the people. The Scottish music is acoustic based, further heightening the intimate feel. John and Christine have played together for fifteen years, so their harmonies are tight and their sound is sweet.

If your night is more about partying, then Christine and John ramp things up accordingly. They have a large range of high quality dance music just bursting to get out.
