We at The Entertainment Company are aware of the choices and problems facing our clients and so have researched the best locations and suitably challenging terrain for all events. In the Team Building or Bonding scenarios, groups would be set a variety of tasks and challenges with points being awarded for leadership, accuracy, speed etc.
 

A typical “Bonding” Activity Event Day would involve us in producing a programme which ensured that all members had the opportunity to try their hand at a varied selection of skills. From Archery to Laserclay pigeon shooting, Micro light flying to JCB driving. Anything is possible; you can even race go-karts on ice!
 

What is the accepted definition of Team Building?

Experimental training and development is the purposeful use of active experiences to enhance organisational change through employee learning.

How do we define it?

At the Entertainment Company we call it FUNN (Functional Understanding Not Necessary). Solid bottom line goals are achieved most frequently when the fun quotient is high.

Our specially devised team challenges are Solution-Focused.

With this approach, facilitation centres around, identifying what clients want (solutions) rather than problems. Our Solution Focused facilitators help teams look for “exceptions” to the problem and establish how participants can work differently for another solution, rather than harder at the same problem. This accomplishes lasting change.

The Entertainment Company, have compiled a wide range of team challenges to suit almost every situation. Alternatively should you simply need somewhere off-site for delegates to let off steam and have fun then we can cater for that as well.

Some possible options are:

› ½ day Team Challenges

› ½ day Activities (Quad Bikes, Honda Pilots etc.)

› Full or ½ day combination of the above.

Where?
